Assist clients with their day-to-day needs and inquiries to provide them with a successful experience. I make sure they feel confident and reassured that we will provide them the high-quality service they deserve and expect.

What do you like about working at Switzer?

I like working at Switzer because they provide opportunities to excel. They encourage everyone to grow, learn, and expand their abilities by introducing people to new ideas and challenges.

What is something people in your industry/niche have to deal with that you want to fix?

Our customers should never be left in the dark. Customers need to be aware of their order status to better maintain schedules and strategic planning. My mission is to make sure our customers stay informed throughout their entire experience because I understand how important open communication is in a partnership.
